APEXLABS LLC (“APEXLABS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for research compounds purchased through our website. Due to the nature of chemical reagents and research compounds, certain restrictions apply.
Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in their original, factory-sealed condition with all labels and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on products that show signs of tampering, repackaging, or damage caused by the customer.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Research compounds cannot be resold once the seal is broken, as we cannot verify the integrity, purity, or proper storage conditions of returned compounds. This policy ensures the safety and quality of all products sold by APEXLABS.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the defect or damage. Photos should clearly show the product, packaging, and any visible damage. We will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
If you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct product at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the discrepancy.
To initiate a return or request a refund, follow these steps:
Do not ship returns without first obtaining a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
There is no restocking fee for returns of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products. For voluntary returns (change of mind, ordered in error, etc.), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product, in which case APEXLABS will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
