All orders ship within 1 week of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves our facility so you can follow it through to delivery.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The specific carrier is selected at the time of shipment to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
APEXLABS ships within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited orders.
All research compounds are packaged in accordance with applicable shipping regulations for chemical reagents. Products are sealed, labeled, and packed to maintain stability during transit. Upon receipt, the purchaser is responsible for proper handling, storage, and disposal of all research compounds in accordance with applicable safety protocols and institutional guidelines. The purchaser is also responsible for compliance with all applicable import/export regulations.
Orders ship within 1 week of payment confirmation. Once the package is in transit, carrier transit times typically fall within a few business days depending on destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
All US orders ship at a $15 flat rate, with free shipping on orders over $300. Every order includes tracking and discreet packaging.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external indication of the contents. The return label displays our company name only, with no product-specific references. We take your privacy seriously and ensure all shipments are handled with discretion.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment in real time through your account dashboard or on our order tracking page. If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, please contact us at support@apexlabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost.
