All products sold by APEXLABS are research compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. Products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any form of ingestion, injection, or topical application on humans or animals. These products are chemical reagents sold as reference standards for research and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any purpose. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for the proper use, handling, storage, and disposal of all products. APEXLABS provides products exclusively as research reagents and makes no representations regarding safety or suitability for any purpose other than laboratory research. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that all applicable safety protocols, institutional guidelines, and regulatory requirements are followed when handling research compounds.
You must be located within the United States to place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Terms.
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. APEXLABS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale or that violate these Terms. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards and cryptocurrency. All payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. APEXLABS does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Research compounds cannot be resold once the seal is broken. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no cost within 30 days of delivery. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of APEXLABS LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
